For buyers, we are a one-stop sourcing solution for Indonesian
arts and crafts products. Member buyers have full access to
our vendor profiles and product catalogs. We have an integrated
messaging system, which simply put means that you can submit
and manage inquiries on our website.
For now, buyers do not pay commissions
or subscription fees to use our service. To see how our inquiry

SUPPLIERS
For suppliers, we are an Internet marketing solution with
access to global markets. Our vendors are pre-qualified and
subject to a site inspection and strict evaluation procedure
before being accepted into RajaCraft.com Online Trading Community.
They all produce export quality arts and crafts products and
have a strong customer service orientation.
Vendors can join one of 4 community
partnership programs: Diamond, Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald.

PRODUCT
INQUIRY
To make a product inquiry, go to the product gallery pages
or the vendor catalogs and select the products of interest
to you. The "submit inquiry" button is located at
the bottom of each page.
Once products are added to the
inquiry list, the inquiry can be submitted. RajaCraft.com
will be the intermediary between the party making the inquiry
and the vendors in our trading community. This is to minimize
the possibility of a miscommunication and to make sure that
the party initiating the inquiry submits a complete inquiry
before we approach the vendor. On the other hand, we will
collect complete information from the vendor to make sure
that the inquiry is fully answered before we reply.
We will acknowledge inquiries
with an automated system, and endeavor to provide a personalized
and detailed response to all inquiries within 24 to 48 hours,
depending on the nature of the inquiry.
